  1. All requests for advertising, graphic design, and promotional displays must be made at least six weeks prior to the date required.
  2. Printing requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the date required for routine jobs and at least four weeks prior to the date required for complex jobs.
  3. The division shall provide request forms for printing and graphic design requests and shall advise college personnel of alternatives in the event that their request cannot be met by college services.
