Completion of the COVID self assessment test is required daily upon entry. The self assessment test can be downloaded through the Lakeland Safe app or printed from this link.
Our facility is equipped with free weights, nautilus equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and more. We have an indoor track, basketball and racquetball courts as well as locker rooms and showers.
The AFC is free to all current Lakeland and Holden University Center students.
