Lakeland's Student Service Center (SSC) (PDF) is the one-stop location on campus where students can receive help with admissions, financial aid, registration and general billing questions. Students can also visit the SSC to access counseling and advising.
When you need on-campus assistance from Lakeland's Student Service Center, you no longer have to wait in the lobby. Sign up from anywhere for a place in line. The SSC staff will notify you of your wait time and send updates. You'll receive a text notification when it's your turn to come to the window. You can also check the monitor in the SSC area to see where you are in the queue. The virtual line gives you the freedom to do other things while you wait, like attend class, study, visit with friends or participate in campus events and activities.
